LEESBURG, Va. – A teen is in police custody for allegedly making online threats against a school on 9/11. Leesburg Police say on Sept. 11 just after 12:15 a.m., officers were alerted to a series of threatening text messages made by the teen. Within 45 minutes, police were able to identify and locate the teen.
