Jackson police arrest 2 teens for shooting death of 17-year-old

JACKSON, Miss. ( WJTV ) – Jackson police arrested two 16-year-olds in connection to the shooting death of a 17-year-old.

Detective Tommie Brown said Jesse Watts III and Jordan Wilson were both arrested and charged with capital murder. He said officers expect to make more arrests in the case.

State calls final witnesses in Carly Gregg trial

The homicide occurred in the 4800 block of Watkins Drive on Friday, September 13. Brown said 17-year-old Jaden Morgan was discovered deceased at the location.
