Sid Patel, owner of the Frisco and Plano Brass Tap locations, was awarded with the Franchisee of the Year award for the second time. Patel ran a beer and wine shop in McKinney for seven years before opening his first craft beer bar with The Brass Tap in Allen. He opened three additional locations in Prosper, Frisco, and Crossroads, which have served more than 1.1 million customers in the DFW metro area over the years.
