Honoring a fallen officer: Law enforcement and firefighters gathered Wednesday afternoon to honor an Oswego County deputy who died in a crash earlier in the day. First responders and others gathered on overpasses on Interstate 81 to salute a procession that took Cailee Campbell’s body to Syracuse.
