Inver Grove Heights, MN (KROC-AM News) – A statewide Endangered Missing Person Alert has been issued for a 17-year-old boy. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says the family of Julian Puente first contacted the Inver Grove Heights Police Department on August 7 to report that he had run away. The alert says he has had sporadic contact with family members asking for money.
