RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. – The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a man who was last seen days earlier and reported missing by his family. The sheriff’s department said 28-year-old Zelig Williams was last seen at his home in the 400 block of Longwood Road in Columbia on Oct. 3.
