A cold front will pass through the area on Sunday, bringing with it an increase in winds. At most, wind gusts could reach the 35 mph mark.

Combine this with the dry ground and the very dry air moving in behind this cold front, and you have a recipe for field fires to spread quickly if ignited. Outdoor burning is discouraged on Sunday.
