SHOICTON (WLUK) — Cabbages were flying around Shiocton Saturday afternoon. The 18th Annual World Championship Cabbage Chuck came to Shiocton Lake Park. The event featured the best cabbage chuckers from across the Midwest. Chucking began at 11 a.m. and continued until the awards ceremony at 5 p.m. In addition to cabbage chucking, farmers competed in the largest cabbage contest.
