Hill will protect the home net versus the Sharks in Saturday’s preseason game, Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports. Hill allowed two goals on 16 shots in his only other preseason outing, earning a win over Utah last Saturday. The 28-year-old will have a relatively easy matchup for his last tune-up in preseason play. Hill is expected to open 2024-25 as the Golden Knights’ No. 1 goalie.
