RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Thousands of people living across Central Virginia have casted their ballots early for November’s election, which is one month way. In the past two weeks, more than 5,450 Richmond residents voted early for this year’s election. The Richmond Office of Elections said on Friday, 512 people voted early.
