URBANA, Iowa – The impacts of Hurricane Helene are still being felt across the country, and people from all over are stepping in to help out, including Iowans. Jim and Angie Getty are from Eastern Iowa, and both have full-time jobs as a nurse and a farmer, but on the side, they run a food truck business.
