SHREVEPORT, La – A Shreveport man killed in a Friday morning shooting has been identified by the Caddo Parish Coroner’s Office. Tracey Chapman, 43, was shot multiple times while riding as a passenger in a van near the intersection of Powell and Singletary streets in the Mooretown neighborhood on Friday.
