SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) – Governor Pritzker observes the anniversary of October 7, by encouraging the public to stay vigilant and prepared. Today, marks the one year anniversary of Hamas’ terrorist attacks on Israel, and while there are no current credible threats in Illinois, state agencies are working closely with the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security (IEMA-OHS) and the Illinois State Police (ISP) to maintain heightened security.
