CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — It may seem early but the Salvation Army has begun looking for people to ring the bells at the iconic kettles. The annual Red Kettle Campaign kicks off the week before Thanksgiving, and the Salvation Army would like people to set aside some time to help others in Central Virginia.
