HOUSTON, Texas – A 16-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection to a deadly shooting of a man and another teenager in September. The teen, who has not been identified by authorities due to his age, has since been charged with capital murder. The teen is accused of shooting 24-year-old Jaquez Moore and 16-year-old Deric Ward to death.
