COMMERCE CITY Colo, (KDVR) — A Commerce City family is bringing life back to their loved one’s unsolved murder case.
Shiloh Bennett’s family is still heartbroken and looking for answers seven months after the killing of the 18-year-old.

On Thursday, the Denver Metro Crime Stoppers announced a new $10,000 reward in that case.
The message from the family is simple. They want answers as to why their loved one was taken so soon, and they hope the latest incentive gives the family closure and the justice they desire.
“A gift was taken from the world and his dad wants everyone to know that,” said Jeanna Hoch, a family friend of Shiloh Bennett’s family.
Hoch and Shiloh Bennett’s family struggle with the fact they will never see him again.
“It’s been very difficult for his family and his friends were all looking for answers still,” she said.
Shiloh was attending a house party in Commerce City back in March when police got reports of gunfire. When officers arrived at the home they found two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
