Sandy Springs, located just north of Atlanta, is home to the newest Trader Joe’s location in Georgia. On Friday, November 1st, the market at 4600 Roswell Rd, Bldg A-120, will officially open its doors to customers at 9 am. The store becomes the 7th location in the Peach State for the California headquartered company.
Sprouts Farmers Market also has expansion plans for the state. The Phoenix-based grocer will be opening its 17th store in Georgia. On Friday November 15, Sprouts will set up shop at 1040 Chen Pkwy, McDonough, which is about 35 miles south of Atlanta along I-75.
There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Sprouts store at 6:45 am on the morning of the 15th. They will open for business at 7 am—promotional events will run throughout the opening weekend.
