HIGH POINT — Kuka Home is launching its interpretation of immersive sound at this week’s High Point Market, complete with a home theater setting designed to illustrate the visual selling potential at retail.

Company officials said that SoundSphere Immersive Sound “redefines the future of home entertainment” and integrates an immersive 4D experience into motion and stationary upholstery.

Spanning categories including home theater seating, sofa groups, sectionals, recliners and stationary stratus seating, SoundSphere Immersive Sound delivers “seamless entertainment” across a range of styles, according to officials.

Notable features include balanced left-to-right sound adjustment, preset modes and vibration technology for an even deeper sensory experience. Invisible surround sound provides theater-quality audio built directly into the seat, while the Immersive 4D Experience allows users to “feel every moment with integrated speakers, deep bass and synchronized vibrations that bring audio content to life,” officials said…
