CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – A petition by a Chatham County prosecutor to get a temporary protective order against a local attorney has been dismissed by a judge.
Last week, Chatham County Assistant District Attorney Kirkland Swann filed the petition against attorney Boone Phillips, accusing him of stalking.
