Second suspect in DHS secretary Noem’s robbery arrested, linked to DC theft pattern

WASHINGTON (7News) — U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials arrested a second person, who is believed to be a conspirator, in the robbery incident against Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, officials announced.

Officials announced the second arrest on Sunday, but the name of the person has not yet been released. The person was linked to a pattern of robberies and thefts in Washington, D.C., including being a co-conspirator with the person who is accused of committing the robbery against Noem, officials said.
