Sentenced after plea deal in fatal Kansas hit-and-run

SEDGWICK COUNTY —A Kansas woman who admitted to her role in a deadly hit-and run accident was sentenced on Friday.

Judge Chrystal Krier sentenced 20-year-old Peyton Allart of Wichita to 36 months probation with an underlying sentence of 31 months, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
