Unlicensed driver charged for driving under the influence with two young children in vehicle

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4) — A West Valley City man is accused of driving under the influence on I-15 while two 4-year-old children were in the backseat.

Carlos Daniel Quinones-Larios, 24, has been charged with two counts of endangerment of a child, two counts of driving under the influence with passengers under 16 years old, one count of possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of reckless driving, two counts of failure to provide a child restraint device, and one count of not having a driver’s license…
