WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. — A busy kitchen is now up and running inside the newest restaurant in the Walker Center, serving quick and casual dishes inspired by the fresh flavors of the Mediterranean.
Brother-and-sister team Anthony and Gabriela Ragusa opened Giancarlo’s in the same plaza nearly 15 years ago. Now they’ve cut the ribbon on its sister restaurant, Ana Blu.
