A developer has filed plans for a 465-unit housing project on former Walker farmland that city leaders say would be the largest residential development the city has seen in more than a decade.
Wyoming-based JTB Homes will present an early concept plan to the Walker Planning Commission on March 18 for Richmond Farms, which would span nearly 268 acres at 3487 Richmond St. NW and 3200 3 Mile Road NW in the northwest Grand Rapids suburb.
