EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville man is under arrest, after police say, he chased down another man with a knife.
Police went to the METS Transfer Station on NW Sixth Street after a 911 caller Friday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. They said one man was chasing down another man who was riding a bike.
Officers detained 40-year-old Marcus Bacon of Evansville and found a knife on him. Bacon told police that the victim, James Howard, pulled up to him at the bus station and said that he took his money, but Bacon denies taking any money from Howard.
Bacon later said that Howard stated he was going to shoot him. Marcus told police he pulled out his knife and held it to his side in response to James alleged threats…
