WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A registered sex offender accused of sexually abusing a 6-year-old child is being held without bond, according to court records.
Justin Drake, 46, was arrested March 13 and charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child, Winston-Salem police said. The alleged incident occurred Feb. 27 at his home.
