Kernersville, N.C. — Grass America, a supplier of functional hardware to the cabinet industry, has announced Angelika Hofmann has joined its Management Board as Chief Operating Officer. Grass America is confident in Angelika’s leadership and looks forward to the strategic direction she will bring, as well as the opportunities that lie ahead for the organization.
In her new role, Hofmann will partner with President Matthias Bulla to lead Grass America into an exciting new chapter. Born in Japan and having launched her professional journey in Germany, she has spent the last seven years in the United States, bringing a wealth of international experience in finance and controlling to the organization.
Prior to joining Grass, Hofmann most recently served as Head of Finance & Controlling at ZEISS Industrial Metrology in Minneapolis, MN. She earned her diploma from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt, where she developed a strong foundation in international accounting and gained extensive insights into the production environment…
