EUGENE, Ore. — Our newsroom has received word from Eugene Emergency Physicians (EEP) about its recently filed lawsuit against PeaceHealth and ApolloMD.
The lawsuit relates to PeaceHealth shifting away from its contract with EEP and instead transferring over to ApolloMD, a Georgia-based medical staffing company.
