LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- For the past nine years, the Jefferson’s Mobile Grilling food truck has been the Jefferson family’s only source of income. But the thriving business came to a screeching halt while the crew was on the way to a St. Patrick’s Day festival in Fayetteville last weekend.
“I looked in the back and I saw black smoke, and I do too much barbecuing and too much smoking to know when you see black smoke, that’s a problem,” said Richard Jefferson, the owner of Jefferson’s Mobile Grilling.
