COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – One suspect was arrested by Colorado Springs police Tuesday after detectives investigated a criminal pattern involving theft and burglary.
Police said 48-year-old Carl Goodwin was arrested alongside 42-year-old Robert Scott and Katie Kimmett near Dublin Boulevard and Rangewood Drive.
