GREENE Co., Va. (WHSV) – Virginia State Police said one person is dead after a crash on Rte 33 (Spotswood Trail) near the Golden Horseshoe Inn in Greene County.
At 5:21 p.m. Thursday evening, VSP responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 1900 block of Spotswood Trail.
