Photos, evidence from searches can’t be used in Hamilton County horse abuse case

CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A major twist in the case against a Springfield Township ranch owner who had his horses seized after they were found to be in bad health.

Hamilton County humane agents seized 18 horses from Clarence Clemmons’ Muddy Water Equestrian Park back in August.

A judge ruled agents coerced the owner of the ranch into letting them get on the property which violated his fourth amendment rights. They did so without a warrant. (WKRC, file)…
