PICKERINGTON, Ohio (WCMH) – A Columbus-based Tex-Mex chain will soon launch its latest restaurant in Pickerington.
Local Cantina will begin welcoming customers at 4 E. Columbus St. on Friday, according to the brand’s Facebook page.

The two-story location features indoor and outdoor seating, with both a street-level and rooftop patio for customers. It is located within Pickerington’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA), a zone where people are allowed to order alcoholic beverages to go and drink outdoors.
Local Cantina, founded in Columbus in 2012, serves a variety of chips and dips, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, desserts and alcoholic beverages.
The Pickerington eatery will mark the Tex-Mex chain’s 10th central Ohio location, joining spots in Hilliard, Grandview Heights, Canal Winchester and Upper Arlington. Outside of the Columbus area, the brand has one other location, in Greenway Station, Florida…
