Wake Forest Power is launching a new online utility bill payment system that lets customers track usage, view bills, and make payments. All autopay and online bill pay users must create a new account through the utility billing portal to continue these services. The old system and autopay option will be disabled on Sunday, March 29, and the new autopay feature will begin on Friday, May 1. During April, payments must be made by phone, in person at 301 S.
