Genise Taylor, suspect in fatal wrong-way I-75 crash, faces 3 new charges

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — A woman suspected of causing a deadly wrong-way crash on I-75 in Collier County faces new charges Thursday.

According to court documents, Genise Taylor, 24, is facing four charges after the Florida Highway Patrol reported that Arthur Gilbert, 96, was killed when his vehicle and another were hit on March 18 at approximately 4:18 a.m.

Multiple new DUI-related charges

Taylor faces charges of DUI manslaughter, DUI damage to person/property, vehicular homicide and reckless driving with damage to person/property, the documents noted.
