FALL RIVER — An Attleboro man accused of scamming 47 people out of $325,750 in multiple fraud schemes related to his Swansea used car dealership appeared in Fall River District Court on April 3, but rather than enter a plea deal and be sentenced, the defendant fired his attorney and asked for another to be appointed.
Edward Cicciu, 46, addressed Judge Raffi Yessayan and dozens of victims mid-hearing on Friday morning, April 3, saying he’s seen his defense attorney once and has spoken to her “a handful of times.”
