Fresno breaks ground for affordable housing

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A new phase of affordable housing is moving forward in northeast Fresno, where Fresno Housing and community partners broke ground on Avalon Commons Phase II.

The second phase will add 45 affordable apartment homes, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
