PLAINFIELD, Conn. (WFSB) – A man was arrested on early Friday after police said he was speeding on Interstate 395 in Plainfield.
At around 1:05 a.m., a Plainfield officer who was traveling on I-395 saw an SUV speeding over 105 mph while heading southbound and made a motor vehicle stop near Exit 28, according to the police department.
