FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The owners of a new, locally owned flight school in Fresno say they’re hoping to break the stigma that piloting a plane is a luxury for some and instead make it a “freedom” for all.
Adventures in the Sky Aviation (AITS) is a flight school founded by husband and wife, Carl and Rubi Garrison. Rubi says that, as a Latina, she grew up with the preconceived idea that flying airplanes was out of reach.
