AT least 20 people have been injured after an alleged drunk driver ploughed through crowds at a Louisiana parade in the US.
Emergency services confirmed that some of the victims have been rushed to hospital in critical condition.
The driver was taken into custody after hitting multiple people attending the festival celebrating the Lao New Year in New Iberia on Saturday.
