Council Bluffs police identify driver in fatal I-29 crash near Pony Creek

COUNCIL BLUFFS – Council Bluffs police have identified the driver killed in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 29 near the 45-mile marker as 39-year-old Alex Foster Jr. of Omaha, Nebraska, according to a department press release.

The crash was reported around 1:37 p.m. April 2, when first responders were sent to a vehicle found in Pony Creek between the northbound and southbound I-29 bridges.
