More than 20,000 people took to the streets of New Orleans to participate in the 48th annual Crescent City Classic 10K race that occurs yearly on the Saturday before Easter.
This year marked the second straight sold-out Crescent City Classic, which took its traditional route beginning near the Caesars Superdome and ended in City Park. The 6.2-mile race had an increased number of participants after selling out at 18,000 last year.
