HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Newly filed court documents sheds light on the specific allegations against Jamie Annette Schreiber, 37, who was arrested last week on multiple counts of felony child abuse.
According to a complaint filed Tuesday in Madison County District Court, the investigation into Schreiber involves allegations of “torture” and “willful maltreatment” of a juvenile.
Specifically, three warrant affidavits filed by Investigator R. McCarver allege that between October and December 2025, Schreiber would pick children up “by the ears as punishment.” A fourth warrant claims that Schreiber “slammed (a girl’s) head into the wall and threw her on the floor.”
