SENECA COUNTY — A Liverpool man is facing multiple charges after authorities say he damaged a vehicle and had unwanted physical contact with another person during an incident earlier this month.
Investigators arrested 52-year-old Daniel Scharett on April 8, charging him with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Deputies allege Scharett caused more than $250 in damage to a motor vehicle and was driving with multiple license suspensions.
Scharett was processed and arraigned at centralized arraignment court before being released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ovid Court at a later date…
