The California Highway Patrol issued an Ebony Alert early Monday morning for a missing 15-year-old girl last seen in Castro Valley, asking the public to help locate her.
Ganiah Grubbs was last seen around 7:40 p.m. on Friday near Edwards Lane and Center Street in Castro Valley, according to the CHP.
