Episode 3 begins with Ashley and Jared visiting Rosie and Rich at their house. The DiMares are doing major renovations to their house. Ashley and Rosie start debriefing everything that was said at Newport Vineyards.
Liz and Gerry go for a bike ride at Roger Williams Park, where she also fills him in on the drama from Newport Vineyards. (If you need to catch up, read last week’s “Rhode to Reality” here.) Liz was questioned on her relationship with a close friend, Dino. Alicia asked if Liz had an affair with Dino, which Liz vehemently denies. Here’s why it was questioned: when Gerry got into sport fishing, he would spend a lot of time away. He would ask Dino to look after Liz in his absence. So Liz and Dino did spend a lot of time together, but she says it’s been a close friendship for 20 years. Liz is throwing a Studio 54-themed party for Gerry’s 54th birthday. More on that soon.
Kelsey gets coffee with one of her boyfriends, Bill L’Europa, at Bom Cafe in Providence. She says in her confessional interview with producers, “I know he’s not being loyal to me. So if you can do it, why can’t I?” That’s in reference to her relationship with her other boyfriend. Kelsey met Bill in the seventh grade. Her mother is really pushing for a serious relationship with him. Kelsey also says her parents know about and accept her approach to dating. Kelsey says if she were to move forward with her relationship with Bill, she would need to go back to work, something she hasn’t had to do with her other boyfriend…
