SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – A Chatham County judge sentenced 19-year-old Ashton Kohl Johnson to life in prison without the possibility of parole plus an additional 15 years for the murder of Devin Smith.
Smith was shot and killed during a robbery in broad daylight at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Duffy Lane in July of 2023.
