(Arden Hills, MN) — A former Arden Hills daycare employee is facing charges for allegedly hitting a three-year-old in the face, leaving the child with a bloody nose. Thirty-five-year-old Ruby Kolbow was charged with malicious punishment and third-degree assault of a child under four. The incident allegedly happened March 10th at New Horizon Academy, though it was reported to the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office nine days later.
