GERMANTOWN, N.Y. (NEWS10)– The Two Guys Local Bites restaurant in Preston Hollow is opening a second location. According to restaurant owners, the new business will officially open in Germantown on Friday, April 17 at 5 p.m.

The Two Guys Local Bites brand started in 2024 by Dan Edwards and his father-in-law Mark as a food stand. According to Edwards, the two traveled throughout the Hudson Valley selling sandwiches and burdgers at breweries and wineries until July 2024 when they opened their restaurant in Preston Hollow, his wife at the forefront.
“We wanted a space where local (and not local) people could all come together for great food, local beer and wine, and a great time,” Edwards said.
