NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A man was arrested Saturday after firing two rounds into an occupied apartment, endangering a woman and four children, according to the North Charleston Police Department.
Ben Lamont Mitchell Jr., a 24-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery in the 1st degree and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
